Store Policies, Terms and Conditions

1. Order Process:

  • All orders must be placed through our website.

  • Custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Our current process time for custom party favors is 2-3 weeks. We ship based on the date needed. Please provide the date you would like the order to arrive, NOT the date of the event.

  • Submit your ideas (theme) in the personalize box and if you would like an image on your favors, email them to, please include the guest of honors name in the subject line. Once payment has been made, you will receive a proof of your pre-design within 2 business days Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

**Proofs must be approved/ and or any corrections made within the first 24 hours after sending. **

2. Payment:

  • We accept payments through Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • For orders of $200+ we will require a contract to be signed by the purchaser. we will require ID and matching credit/debit card to be submitted at our discretion. This is in an effort to combat fraudulent orders. Alternatively, the order can be paid via Zelle. 

3. Customization:

  • Custom party favors and decor will be crafted according to the specifications provided by the customers

  • Any changes to the order must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Additional charges may apply for significant changes or additions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or cancellations after this time frame. If your plans change, and/or you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet.

5. Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances or shipping carriers.

  • All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail, a tracking number is always provided once your order ships.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. Photo documentation will be provided upon packaging items.

  • Report any damage or defects within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

8. Privacy Policy:

  • Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

  • We may use customer information for order processing, communication, and marketing purposes.

  • Credit card information is not stored on our servers.

9. Communication:

  • We will communicate with customers primarily through the email address provided during the ordering process.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

10. Intellectual Property: - All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of [Your Boutique Name]. - Reproduction or use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. - Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
